The Hrvatske šume (Croatian Forests) and PANTHEON ERP integration retrieves the delivery notes Hrvatske šume issued to you as the buyer and automatically creates a goods receipt in PANTHEON from them. Delivery notes are retrieved on demand through the Hrvatske šume API, and each log is received under its own serial number and grade, with no retyping of the delivery note.
What the integration does
When you buy logs from Hrvatske šume, you receive a delivery note for each delivery. The integration retrieves these delivery notes through the Hrvatske šume API and automatically creates a goods receipt in PANTHEON from them. Delivery note data is not retyped by hand.
How it works in practice
- On demand: you retrieve delivery notes when you need them.
- Through the API: data arrives from Hrvatske šume in XML format.
- Per delivery note: each retrieved delivery note becomes a goods receipt in PANTHEON.
- Log serial number: each log is received under its own serial number.
- Log grade: the grade of each log, such as sawlog or veneer log, is recorded so logs are not mixed up.
