Packing control web portal connected to PANTHEON
The packing control web portal checks the packing of goods before dispatch. The worker scans the delivery note or invoice, gets a list of what to pack and from which location, and while scanning the items a visual and sound signal says whether everything is right. The document cannot be confirmed until it is green, so there are fewer mix-ups and complaints.
Who it is for
The portal is for companies that have a warehouse and a very similar range of products, where an item is easily mixed up because of a colour or some other small part. It is also for those who often have complaints about delivered goods.
The problem it solves
Packing mistakes are usually found only when the customer complains. A check at packing time, with a signal as soon as something is wrong, reduces them.
What you get
- scanning of the delivery note or invoice and a list of what to pack and from which location,
- a visual and sound signal when scanning each item,
- a traffic light that shows the state of packing,
- a confirmation block until the document is green: more goods cannot be issued than the document says.
How it works day to day
- Every worker has to log in to the portal.
- They scan the delivery note or invoice.
- They get a list of what to pack and from which location in the warehouse.
- While scanning the items they get a visual and sound signal: everything is fine, or something is not (an item was scanned that is not on the document, or more pieces were issued than needed).
The traffic light
- Green: everything is packed as the document says.
- Orange: only part of the quantity is packed.
- Red: nothing is packed, or more is packed than the document says.
The document cannot be confirmed until it is green.
How it is set up
- Arranging printouts with a barcode (delivery note, invoice).
- Defining barcodes for every item.
- Installing the web application for packing control on a local server or on our server.

Connection to PANTHEON
The portal works on documents from PANTHEON (delivery note or invoice) and on items with their barcodes defined in PANTHEON.
Price
The standard package costs 740.00 EUR one-off and 24.00 EUR a month. These are fixed prices for the standard package; if anything on the package is customised, the prices may change. All amounts are excl. VAT.

Frequently asked questions
Can two warehouses work at the same time?
Yes, several warehouses can work at the same time.
What if we do not have something in stock?
Then someone from sales or commerce has to change the quantity on the document, so that what is really available gets packed.
Is it possible to issue more goods than the document says?
No. The visual and sound signals while scanning prevent it, as does a restriction in the web application itself.
Where is the application installed?
The packing control web application is installed on your local server or on ours.
