InfoKod WMS and PANTHEON ERP integration
The InfoKod WMS and PANTHEON ERP integration connects warehouse operations with the ERP. PANTHEON sends items and orders, and the WMS returns confirmed goods receipts, issues and stock levels, with control of receipts, transfers and packing and storage location marks.
What the integration does
PANTHEON remains the system where orders, goods receipts and invoices are created, while InfoKod WMS runs the physical work in the warehouse. The integration sends the WMS what needs to be prepared or received and returns the confirmed quantities to PANTHEON as documents.
Warehouse controls
- Goods receipt control: we check that everything listed on the goods receipt was actually received. If there is a difference, the disputed goods are moved to a non-conforming goods warehouse, and staff then resolve it with the supplier.
- Control of transfers between warehouses.
- Packing control for delivery notes and invoices: we check that everything has been packed.
- Storage location marks, so goods can be picked without searching the warehouse.
- Stocktaking is supported.
Typical scope
- transferring items and partners to the WMS,
- sending picking orders and goods receipt notices,
- returning confirmed quantities to PANTHEON,
- control of goods receipts, transfers and packing,
- warehouse locations and stocktaking.
We agree the exact scope together with you and the WMS supplier.

Frequently asked questions
Why not run the warehouse in PANTHEON alone?
For larger warehouses with locations, handheld terminals and complex picking, a specialised WMS is often the better tool. The integration lets the WMS run the physical warehouse while PANTHEON handles documents, finance and reports.
What happens when received goods do not match the goods receipt?
Disputed goods are moved to a non-conforming goods warehouse, and staff then resolve them with the supplier.
