B2B ordering portal connected to PANTHEON

The B2B portal is a web portal where each wholesale customer orders goods by themselves with their own login. They see their contracted prices, stock levels, and the description and picture of each item, and confirming an order creates an order in PANTHEON. Ordering is much faster and you do not enter orders by hand.

Who it is for

The B2B portal is intended for wholesale customers to whom you want to show stock levels and their prices, and for customers who order regularly from your range. Ordering is much faster, because the customer sees stock, price, description and picture on their own.

The problem it solves

When partners send orders by e-mail or phone, someone has to enter them into PANTHEON by hand. The portal removes that step: the partner enters the order, and you pick it up in PANTHEON.

What you get

Each customer gets their own login and, in the portal:

  • browses all items by groups and subgroups, best-selling items and promotional items,
  • sees their own contracted price and the stock level for each item, so they know how much they can order,
  • sees the description and picture of the item,
  • checks the basket and completed orders.

Confirming an order creates an order in PANTHEON, and the people you name receive an e-mail about the created order.

What you set up

  • Reduced stock per item: you show the customer a smaller quantity than the real one and keep the difference for yourself (based on the minimum or optimal stock).
  • Which warehouses are shown to customers on the B2B portal, and whether all or only part of the stock is shown.

How it is set up

  1. Item master (idents) is prepared for the portal: product groups and subgroups, and pictures and descriptions, which are entered in PANTHEON among the master data of the idents.
  2. Subject master: you create a username and password for each customer, and a customer can have several users.
  3. Portal installation: on your server or on ours. The customer accesses it over the web.

We agree the scope of the portal according to your sales process. It is one of the add-ons we build to measure, more on the page Add-ons and development.

What you need

  • PANTHEON with an organised item master,
  • prices per partner defined in PANTHEON, if you want to publish prices,
  • a decision on which stock is shown on the web (all or part, from one or several warehouses; the part you keep for yourself is set by the minimum or optimal stock).

Connection to PANTHEON

Prices per partner, stock and the item master come from PANTHEON. When an order is confirmed in the portal, the order is created in PANTHEON.

Price

The price is partly one-off and partly maintenance, so that the portal is adapted to new PANTHEON versions when needed. The price is on request. All amounts are stated excl. VAT.

Frequently asked questions

Does each customer see their own prices?

Yes. Each customer sees their contracted price, the one defined in PANTHEON for that partner. Prices can also be left unpublished.

Does all the stock have to be shown?

No. You can show all of it or only part of it, from one or several warehouses. You can always keep part of the quantity for yourself, based on the minimum or optimal stock in PANTHEON.

What counts as stock that the customer sees?

One or several warehouses, as you choose. You can reduce the quantity shown per item: if you have a certain quantity in stock, you show the customer less and keep the difference for yourself.

Can one customer have several users?

Yes. One customer can have several users, each with their own username and password.

Where are the picture and description of an item entered?

In PANTHEON, in the ident master, among the item’s master data. The portal takes them from there.

Who is notified of a new order?

After the customer confirms the order, the order is created in PANTHEON, and the people you name receive an e-mail about the created order.

Where does the portal run and how does the customer access it?

The portal is installed on your server or on ours, and the customer accesses it over the web with their username and password.
