ArsCharter — NauSys, MMK and PANTHEON
ArsCharter is a PANTHEON module with a synchronisation service that connects the NauSys and MMK booking systems with PANTHEON ERP. Invoices for services are issued in the booking system, and only invoices, no reservations, are transferred to PANTHEON, ready for posting. It is built for charter agencies.
Who it is for
ArsCharter is built for charter agencies that use the NauSys or MMK application for billing and keep all their financial operations in PANTHEON.
The problem it solves
Invoices for services are issued in the booking system, and accounting is kept in PANTHEON. Without a link someone has to retype invoices. ArsCharter does it through synchronisation: only invoices (services, no goods and no reservations) come from NauSys and MMK into PANTHEON and are posted like all the others, so there is no double entry.
What you get
Every invoice is kept per vessel, that is per cost bearer, and is carried over into PANTHEON that way. This gives you the revenue for each vessel. If you also keep costs per vessel, you can get a profit and loss account for a single vessel or for a whole fleet.
How it is set up
- Connecting PANTHEON with the API of the charter application (NauSys or MMK).
- Connecting the services from the application with PANTHEON.
- Installing the wizard that belongs to that connection.
We agree the exact scope based on how your company issues invoices.
What you need
- PANTHEON, in which you keep your financial operations,
- a NauSys or MMK billing application that can be connected through its API.
Connection to PANTHEON
