SmartBit WMS, MES and MNF integration with PANTHEON ERP
SmartBit solutions run the warehouse (WMS) and production tracking (MES, MNF) on the shop floor. The integration with PANTHEON ERP sends work orders and bills of materials to the shop floor, and returns material consumption, output and finished goods to PANTHEON, with warehouse controls.
What the integration does
PANTHEON plans production and manages work orders, while SmartBit tracks what actually happens on the shop floor and in the warehouse. The integration closes the loop: orders go to the shop floor, and confirmed quantities, consumption and output return to PANTHEON for costing and stock.
Warehouse controls
- Goods receipt control: we check that everything listed on the goods receipt was actually received. If there is a difference, the disputed goods are moved to a non-conforming goods warehouse, and staff then resolve it with the supplier.
- Control of transfers between warehouses.
- Packing control for delivery notes and invoices: we check that everything has been packed.
- Storage location marks, so goods can be picked without searching the warehouse.
- Stocktaking is supported.

Which PANTHEON license is needed for a MES integration?
Most often PANTHEON Manufacture, because it handles planning and advanced work orders. For simpler production Enterprise may be enough, which we assess during analysis.
Which controls does the warehouse part support?
Goods receipt control (differences go to the non-conforming goods warehouse), control of transfers and packing, storage location marks and stocktaking.
