ArsSelva — PANTHEON for forestry
ArsSelva is a mobile app for receiving and issuing logs at forest owners. Data is entered in the field, and PANTHEON produces goods receipts and waybills. Waybills are the basis for issuing invoices. We also supply handheld terminals, chargers and printers for work in the forest.

ArsSelva is for forest owners who produce goods receipts and waybills and keep their goods records in PANTHEON.
The problem it solves
In the field, data about logs is usually written on paper and typed in later. ArsSelva enters it straight into a mobile app, and PANTHEON produces goods receipts and waybills from it. No copying from paper and no second entry.
What you get
In the field, data is entered in a mobile app on a handheld terminal and then synchronised with PANTHEON. There it becomes goods receipts and waybills, and waybills are the basis for invoices.
- fellers and carriers,
- several owners of the logs, if there are any,
- log types and classes with diameter and length checks, so entry errors are as rare as possible,
- receiving and issuing in several metrics,
- printing of accompanying documents on a printer.
Equipment for work in the forest
Along with the app we can supply handheld terminals, chargers, printers and other equipment. For handheld terminals it is important that they are rugged and suited to work in cold weather, for practicality and also because a battery weakens faster in the cold.
How it is set up
For each business entity the following are defined:
- felling sites, departments and cadastral municipalities,
- fellers and carriers,
- wood types and classes and the rules per type and class,
- different mapping tables.
If there are several forest owners, several databases are defined too.
What you need
- PANTHEON, in which you keep your goods records,
- a handheld terminal suited to work in different weather conditions (we can supply it),
- a server where the communication will be stored: yours or ours.

Field data is synchronised with PANTHEON, where goods receipts and waybills are created, and waybills are the basis for issuing invoices.
