DPD and PANTHEON ERP integration
The DPD and PANTHEON ERP integration books a shipment from a document in PANTHEON or your webshop. You print the label as a PDF straight from PANTHEON, with no need to log in to the DPD portal. The shipment number (ParcelId) is saved in PANTHEON, and you can also cancel the shipment.
What the integration does
A document ready for dispatch becomes a shipment in DPD’s system, with the address, number of parcels and cash on delivery amount taken from PANTHEON. The label is printed as a PDF straight from PANTHEON, with no need to connect to the DPD portal. The shipment number (ParcelId) is saved in PANTHEON with the document.
