PANTHEON ERP, data warehouse, Power BI, webshop integrations — everything Ars Pantheon does in one place
An overview of all we do around PANTHEON ERP — webshop and courier integrations, payments, data warehouse, Power BI, support, accounting and hosting.
Most clients know us for one service, usually PANTHEON ERP or hosting. Few know that the same team that set up their ERP can also connect their webshop to a payment system, automate shipment creation for courier services, consolidate data from multiple sources into one data warehouse, or build a Power BI report the owner opens in the morning over coffee. As a result, companies often pay for manual work or several external contractors for a job that one partner who already knows their system could handle.
This article is an overview. The goal is to show the full scope of what we do in one place, so you can judge whether any of it makes sense for you.
What Ars Pantheon does
- PANTHEON ERP and integrations — implementing, customizing and connecting PANTHEON ERP with the rest of your business, so data is never entered twice.
- Webshop and payments — connecting WooCommerce, Saleor, Magento, Shopify or a custom webshop with the ERP, with payments through Corvus Pay or Stripe. An online order automatically becomes a document in the ERP. Integrations
- DPD and GLS — automatic creation of shipments and labels from the ERP or webshop, with delivery status tracking.
- External tools — when a client already uses InfoKod WMS, SmartBit WMS/MES/MNF, Špica All Hours or its own solution, we build a connection to it instead of offering a replacement.
- Data warehouse — when data comes from several sources and nobody knows anymore which version is the “right” one, we consolidate it into one DWH as an accurate basis for reporting. Data warehouse and Power BI
- Power BI — building and regularly maintaining reports and dashboards that change as your needs change.
- Support — when an integration or system gets stuck, you know whom to call.
- Accounting and hosting — for clients who need that part of the work too, on infrastructure we already know.
Why it matters
The most common situation: a client manually retypes online orders into the ERP or waits a week for a sales report by region, then hires a new external contractor instead of asking their existing partner whether they already do this.
If any of these problems sound familiar, get in touch. A short conversation is enough for us to assess whether a solution makes sense and what it would cost. The consultation is free.
