# PANTHEON Accounting

> PANTHEON Accounting is the edition of PANTHEON ERP built for accounting firms. It lets you keep the books for multiple clients, and legal changes and standards are updated automatically, so your firm stays compliant with regulations.

## Who Accounting is for

Accounting is for bookkeeping and accounting firms that manage multiple clients and want less manual entry, fewer errors and faster period closing. Beyond bookkeeping, it also helps you build advisory services based on analyses and reports.

## Working together with clients

When a client works in the same PANTHEON, documents do not travel by email. You see the invoices a client issues right away and post them without re-entering them.

## License purchase and hosting

You buy the license once, at Datalab's official price, plus annual maintenance. You can then install PANTHEON on your own server or leave it to us: with **hosting by Ars Pantheon** the program runs on our infrastructure and we handle maintenance and backup, for a fixed monthly price per license.

### Can my clients work in the same PANTHEON?

Yes. A client can issue invoices and manage inventory on their own, while you do the bookkeeping in the same database, with no file exchange.

### How does Accounting keep up with regulatory changes?

Legal changes arrive through annual maintenance as new program versions, including changes such as Fiscalization 2.0 and e-invoicing (eRačun).
