# PANTHEON ERP — licenses, prices and hosting

> PANTHEON is an ERP system from the Slovenian company Datalab and one of the most widely used in Croatia. As a Datalab Premium Partner we supply every PANTHEON license at official prices, and you can run it on our hosting, with no server of your own.

## How to choose a PANTHEON license

PANTHEON is licensed in versions that differ in the scope of functionality. The choice depends on three questions:

1. **How many users and companies** will work in the program. LX, LT, RE and SE licenses are limited to three companies (databases).
2. **Do you need accounting, payroll and fixed assets** inside PANTHEON, or does an external accountant handle them.
3. **Do you have production**, and how complex is it: Enterprise covers basic work orders, while Manufacture adds production planning and scheduling.

In a short conversation we go through your processes and recommend a license and number of users, so you do not overpay for features you will not use.

## License purchase and hosting

- **License purchase** — a one-time payment at Datalab's official price; annual maintenance is 22% of the license value.
- **Hosting by Ars Pantheon** — PANTHEON runs on our infrastructure, with no server of your own, including maintenance and backup. Fixed price per license: €26.00 per month for LX and LT, €47.96 for other licenses (+ VAT).
- **License rental** — alternatively, a monthly subscription in Datalab's PANTHEON Hosting.

## What you get with Ars Pantheon

You buy the license at the same official price as from Datalab, and you also get a partner that has been implementing PANTHEON since 2004: implementation, training, support and, when needed, integrations with webshops, courier services and other systems, plus custom development.

## FAQ

### Do I need my own server for PANTHEON?

No. We can host your purchased license at Ars Pantheon for a fixed monthly price per license (€26.00 for LX and LT, €47.96 for others, + VAT). We handle server maintenance and backup.

### Can I rent a license instead of buying it?

Yes. A license can be rented monthly in Datalab's PANTHEON Hosting. Buying with our hosting is usually better value over time and includes our support.

### What is annual maintenance?

Annual maintenance costs 22 % of the license value and includes new program versions, compliance with Croatian regulations (e.g. Fiscalization 2.0) and new features. It is paid with a purchased license.

### Which license should a small company choose?

For micro companies and the self-employed, PANTHEON Small Business (LX or LT) is usually enough. Companies that need in-house accounting, payroll and fixed assets choose Enterprise (SE), accounting firms choose Accounting (ME), and manufacturers choose Manufacture (MF).

### Do I need a separate license to connect a webshop to PANTHEON?

Yes. For every external solution that connects automatically to the PANTHEON database (webshop, WMS, CRM), Datalab requires a Connector license. It is not needed if you import data manually with a command in PANTHEON or connect other Datalab solutions.

### Can I upgrade to a larger package later?

Yes. You can switch licenses by paying the price difference. If you move to a cheaper version, the difference can be used for additional users.
