# PANTHEON ERP integrations

> An integration means data moves between PANTHEON ERP and other systems on its own, with no manual re-entry. Ars Pantheon connects PANTHEON with webshops, courier services, payment systems, warehouse and production solutions, and CRM. This is where we differ most from other partners.

## How we build an integration

1. **Analysis** — we determine which data needs to move (items, prices, stock, orders, customers, shipments, payments), in which direction and how often.
2. **Specification** — we agree on the rules: which document is created in PANTHEON, and how codes, taxes and payment methods are mapped.
3. **Development and testing** — we build the integration and test it on your data, first in a test environment.
4. **Go-live and monitoring** — after switching to live data, we monitor the integration and fix any discrepancies.

## Why integrate instead of entering data manually

Manually re-typing webshop orders, or addresses into a courier portal, takes hours every week and introduces errors. When the systems are connected, a web order becomes a document in PANTHEON on its own, the shipment and label are created from that document, and the payment is matched without manual posting.

### How long does a PANTHEON integration take?

It depends on the system and the scope of data. The duration depends on the number of systems and the scope of data. We give you an exact timeline after a short analysis of your system.

### What if our system is not on the list?

The list shows the integrations we build most often. If your system has an API or a data export, we can build a custom integration. If you already use a specialized tool, we connect to it instead of offering a replacement.

### Does an integration require an additional PANTHEON license?

To connect an external system to the PANTHEON database automatically, Datalab requires a Connector license, one per external solution. The price is listed in the license price list.

### Who maintains the integration after go-live?

We do. We monitor the integration and adapt it when your webshop, a courier's API or the PANTHEON version changes, so you have a single point of contact for support.
